NATIONAL SAFE MOTHERHOOD DAY (12.04.2023)

            SRM Trichy College of Nursing, Final Year B.SC (N) Students organized the National Safe Motherhood Day Awareness Programme on 12.04.2023 between 11.00 and 12. 00 pm at Rural Primary Health Training Centre Sangenthi, Trichy. Dr.Ravichandran Created awareness regarding safe motherhood and        IV Year B.Sc. Nursing Students explained regarding Antenatal Hypertension and antenatal diabetes Mellitus. The participants were benefited and gained knowledge regarding safe motherhood. All participants cooperated well throughout the programme

SRM Trichy college of Nursing organized the Annual Sports Meet from 30.03.2023 to 31.03.2023. The students are divided in to four Houses Around 120 students participated in the track and field events. The event was to inculcate the spirit of sportsmanship and fondness for sports among students. Students were participated actively and enjoyed well

SRM Trichy College of Nursing organized Sports Meet Prize distribution for 2022-23. The PrincipalProf.Dr.Suja Suresh congratulated the Winners and Runners of the Competition and motivated all the students to actively participate for forth coming sports meet. Winner and Runners were received prizes.

SRM Trichy Campus International Relation Division organized one day Overseas Education Fair on 29.03.2023. 17 top universities spreading across UA, Canada, Ireland, UK, Australia, Newzerland, Singapore & Dubai were participated. They gave information regarding the opportunities, processing and scholarships available for higher education throughout the world. SRM Trichy College of Nursing Students participated enthusiastically and benefitted.

SRM Trichy College of Nursing, Final year B.Sc (N) students organized the World Oral Health Day awareness programme on 29.03.2023 at Govt. Primary School Pullambadi, Trichy. The students performed Skit on Oral Hygiene .The participants were benefited and gained knowledge.

WORLD TUBERCULOSIS DAY – 2023

SRM Trichy College of Nursing organized Guest Lecture on World Tuberculosis Day. Prof. Jeyanthi M.Sc (N), Vice Principal, Our Lady College of Nursing, Thanjavur, was the speaker. She presented the topic on Tuberculosis with theme of “YES WE CAN END TB”. Students were benefitted from the presentation. Certificates were distributed to the Faculty.

SRM Trichy College of Nursing organized Quiz program on National Vaccination Day for Final Year B.Sc Nursing Students. Everyone participated enthusiastically and updated their knowledge. Prizes were distributed to the winners.

SRM Trichy College of Nursing Final year B.Sc Nursing students participated in Camp as a Community outreaching program on 22.03.2023 at Keelamarimangalam, Trichy District.

           SRM Trichy College of nursing organized the world obesity day awareness programme on 17.03.2023 in Govt. Primary School at Manikapuram, Trichy. Final year B.Sc (N) students organized the programme. The students explained the importance of maintenance of weight and prevention of obesity.

WORLD KIDNEY DAY

SRM Trichy College of nursing organized the world kidney day awareness programme on 10.03.2023 at Manikapuram,Trichy.Final year B.Sc. (N) students organized Exhibition by displaying models and charts. The participants were benefited and gained knowledge.
