From SRM Trichy College of Nursing, 2nd year B.Sc Nursing students and 1 faculty went Vedham Milk Dairy in Musiri for observational field visit on 25.11.2022 as per curriculum requirement. In Vedham Milk Dairy, Students were divided into 3 groups for orientation. They explained about process of Pasteurization, sources of receiving milk, methods of checking quality of milk and process of preparing milk products.
